Switching to “that vegan life” a few years back brought on a unhealthy healthy obsession with getting creative in the kitchen. After trying out what seemed like an insane number of online plant-based recipes, I discovered most didn't taste half as good as they looked. Womp. Also I really didn’t want to scroll past essay long posts every time it was meal-time.
